Exploration of positive and negative spaces with the inclusion of values.

We were to pick any object and incorporate it as 70 percent of our work that consisted of our idea of showing the theme, tenebrism. I chose a jug and doubled it in my work in order to give it an interesting balance. While working on the piece above, it turned out that the softest pencil did not work out well together with the charcoal. A mistake learned.
